Face of money
Although it might not look normal, this photo wasn't altered or photoshopped at all. I held a ten dollar bill (the newer big face one) on top of a lamp so that the strong light would reveal both sides at once.
I shot in macro mode at a very close range which reveals a lot of the detail in the image including tiny red fibers embedded in the bill as a security feature (you will need to click on the photo to expand and see the detail).

Wow, I think this could be my favorite photo yet. Who would have thought you could get such an interesting and unique portrait from an everyday object. I lovd how you capture the double image and all the detail of the bill. What a creative one you are!
Thanks for the comment Robyn, I am happy with how this one turned out. You usually don't see both sides of the bill at once or notice all the details and I think this photo accomplishes both.
yeah, cool idea!!!!!!!
Nice effect. Looks like something completely different.
Thanks,
I was surprised that it did look so different. It almost seems like a portrait.
You really have talent, I hope your photography takes you places.
Baron,
Thanks- I'm happy with now with just using photography as a hobby but I can see it becoming more in the future (after Law School).
